Mestre Mindinho - Raphael Cunha He began practicing capoeira at age 11 and eventually started teaching at 17. He later studied various martial arts such as jiu-jitsu, boxing, judo, and luta livre. Mestre has taught more than 500 students and also participates in sports camps and school assemblies. He is one of the most recognized teachers in the United States (San Diego) and has dedicated himself to promoting capoeira throughout his career.

Mestre Paulinho Sabiá - Paulo Cesar Sousa He began practicing capoeira in the streets of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1969, at the age of 10. On January 14, 1989, in the city of Niterói, he founded Grupo Capoeira Brasil together with Masters Paulão Ceará and Boneco. The group was born with the vision of preserving the foundations of capoeira while adapting to new times, quickly becoming one of the largest and most respected capoeira institutions worldwide. Mestre Paulinho is recognized not only for his physical skill, but for his musical mastery and his unmistakable voice in the roda. He has dedicated himself to using capoeira as a training tool for children and youth in vulnerable situations.

It is an annual event designed to take the Capoeira experience to the next level through a strategic selection of special guests, providing the community with a unique experience in every edition.

Where should I arrive if I'm traveling to Mexico?

Arrival and departure should be planned for any airport in Mexico City (AICM or AIFA). We will caravan to Puebla together from there.

Is the event suitable for all levels?

Absolutely! The festival is designed for practitioners of all levels, from beginners starting their journey to advanced students and masters.

How do we get from Mexico City to Puebla?

We will have an organized group bus departing from Mexico City on October 22nd. It's a comfortable 2.5-hour journey.
